How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 — Delete from within the app (instant)
- Open the Speed Tracker app.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompt. Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Send an email to request deletion
Email: apeedtracker@ilovedocstools.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body: Include the email address registered with your Speed Tracker account.
We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.
What Data Is Deleted
- Your account (name, email, password hash)
- All recorded trips (distance, speed, route coordinates, calories)
- Your profile picture (if uploaded)
- Authentication tokens
Data Retention
No personal data is retained after account deletion. Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate statistics (e.g. total trips processed) may be kept for internal analytics only.
